Mr. Roman did a great job alot ice bill up in my Refrigerator again My score for Roman is 10 out of 10. I do want to bring to your attention My refrigerator disperer outside keep not working we change filter last time tech was here it starting working for 3 months then stop working so I change filter one month no change. Today Roman install new filter after removing all the ice now disperer is working again. When ice build up it stop working. I am going to call customer service requesting a note my issue

Aside from not being made aware they would be back out today to make repairs on my washing machine, Roman T, the service technician who came up from Texas was very nice. And, Steve, the original service technician came back and assisted with the repair.
