Phillip was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my oven. He fixed the issue and was done in less than an hour. Great experience!

Microwave on the fritz
Roman came out twice to try and fix the issue and once he was able to see what the issue was, he figured out that the parts weren't available and spoke with home warranty rep to inform of this and stated that the home warranty company will contact me for a replacement. He was very kind, patient, respectful, professional and efficient. He needs a raise and promotion 🙏🏼😀

The service tech Greg called us ahead of time one informed us he was on his way. When Greg arrived we found him very friendly and informative. Greg promptly set about determining the compressor was bad. Greg replaced it in no time.

What is this?
I missed his call stating he was on his way but I had a doctors appt @ 1:00. However, he did send a text letting me know he was on his way and I was back home by the time he arrived. Very professional. Replaced the parts that needed replacing and tested.
