Mitch arrived an my home, was very respectful, kind, and polite. He explained what he will be doing to our Over the Stove Microwave and went to work. After he completed his work he requested a cup of water to test it out and he said it was fine. HUGH problem! After he departed I heated up something for lunch only to find out it never heated. I tried a few different ways of heating up items without change. I called Sears right away and explained what had happened. The woman I spoke with was truly concerned about the issue and said she would redirect him back to my residence after he completed other work he had scheduled. It's 7pm, no show and I have to get my son ready for bed. Seriously disappointed over all this and to think Sears raised their prices for what reason now?

Jason was very courteous, knowledgable, showed experience in replacing the ice maker. The only thing was no pre call before heading to my house. I have on file and provide 2 numbers to contact me when an order is made for repairs. One is to my house, the second number is to my cell. He had accidently texted to my house number. We discussed about the numbers for future reference. All is good. Thanks so much!
