Refrigerator repair
Your technician I give him a five because he's the only one that's ever showed up and fixed one of my refrigerators with one to go . The parts were not here so he did not get to fix my second refrigerator.

Other than you guys making me wait a week on the repair everything was fine today. Do need to get your call center back to the USA and real people on the front end and people that don't have such a strong accents on the back end. Have a very hard time understanding them when I do get to the point I have a live body. I get cranky real fast when trying to talk to someone that I can not understand but maybe every 5-6th word. Customer Service with Sears (on you end) had really gone down hill the past few years.

He was able to diagnose the two problems I was having , order the appropriate parts and repair the unit quickly and efficiently.
