Shane was at my home even before I was awake!! He was very courteous and professional. He replaced the heat element in my clothes dryer in no time & told me what he was doing . Working in a small area he still was prompt and in no time had my dryer running like new. Very impressive, and I am happy!! Bobbie Slayline

I very much enjoyed our experience meeting our serviceman, Mitch. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the product he was here to repair.
