Not satisfied
Choice warranty said he diagnosed our LC refrigerator reason for water and ice not dispensing had valve problem but that's not what he told us so we tried to call and text him. He did not once attempt to return any of the messages we left him. He never did any repair or updated us on what we needed to do and left us in the dark to confirm what really was broken.

No one show up
I am very disappointed I waited all day and no one came. I have a brand new cook stove and I can't use it! What must I do to get my oven fixed? Please help me with this issue.

Refrigerator
Disappointed in parts not ordered yet. Another wasted day just to tell me that. Poor communication. 2 weeks and still not fixed
