Been 20+ hours since tech left here, bend is still only 1/2 full of ice. I have not use any yet. Never taken this long before for bend to fill up, in fact was beginning to wonder if it was ever going to start making ice. Some 5-6 hrs before I heard any ever drop. I have checked it several times. Over the years Sear's service has really gone down hill

I'm sorry to say I'm very very disappointed with sears service for repairs, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks . The replacement parts did not help fix the washer. I feel like your company is just giving me the run around over and over. Doubt would recommend to anyone else.

Repairing KitchenAid refrigerators two of them

I do not feel like Rob has any idea what he's doing on trying to fix my refrigerators. He has ordered parts but only attempted to install one. I've had a lot of problems with him, not showing up and saying that he has so please do not send him back to my home to fix my refrigerators, it's been almost 3 months since they have worked. I feel like it's time to have them fixed. .

This is the fourth or fifth day. I've set around My Home waiting for your technician to show up. He has never showed up what is wrong with you people I really need my refrigerators fixed. We're going on three months now.

Traced on Webb the whole day kept pushing back and back and at 4pm show he could not locate address or noted incorrect file has right address here for 20 years did not bother calling and tell me I am lost. Waste all the day and now have to become a robot to make another appointment This is A & e repairs with sears home services saw that they provide a very low service.

He was so rude this morning on the 29th of july he left me in tears at the driveway when I was trying to ask questions is all. I wanted to know what parts he was going to order since he didnt answer me on what was wrong with it. He said I answered enough questions from last time he was here. Thats when he said it couldn't be fixed because it was so old it didnt have a serial tag even. Its not that old but after he left on the 16th first vist I went in and found a well preserved S/N TAG Myself. Then I texed him a pic of it and he said the account was closed and would have to set another appt. Which was today. HE took a pic of it and ran out, but I had questions on what was next and he got huffy with me and refused to answer any question I had. I just wanted to know what part he was going to order. Then again he said Im not answering a y questio s I have to go. HE WAS HORRIBLE TO ME AND I NEVER WAS ASKED TO SIGN ANYTHING ON EITHER VISIT..HE PUT A HUGE X WHERE MY SIGNATURE SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I called sears emidetly and a couple nice ladys rescheduled me for TOMMARROW! With another Tech. This has been going on for almost 4 weeks now Im old and tired..We have been loyal customers for a couple decades and never seen this. OH P.S... I gave him a 5 star on his first visit beacause I didnt want to upset anyone .. Just wanted my frig. Fixed..but hes out of hand and scarry to my mom and I whos 71 and 93urs old. THANK YOU FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NICE HELP.
