Quick and friendly
My fridge/freezer wouldn't hold temp, who likes warm ice cream? Eli came out, assessed the issue, ordered parts, came back a week later & everything is great. With the holiday season here I thought it we'd be down for weeks. Very thankful for such quick service. Thank you again!

Dishwasher repair
Eli called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived timely and was very professional. He spent the time to understand the issue and to troubleshoot the problem. He completed the repair and offered a part number for a spray arm, if we wanted to replace a part (it had been burned by the heating coil but still works). Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Just wish the scheduled appointment had not been a week out. At least it wasn't the heat or air conditioning systems, which would've been a huge inconvenience.

The Sears part........Joel was prompt and professional. He did a great job. Not happy with Choice Warranty's e-mails and lack of speaking with someone who knows something. You will not allow me to print the Claim amount to be refunded to me at the Replacement process. The amount appears then goes away. I had to write it down quickly. Slimy! This account is in my ex-husbands name. We have been divorced for 4 years...he is getting the e-mails and he knew nothing about this. I would like his name and his e-mail removed from this account.
