Joel was extremely knowledgeable about our refrigerator and helpful. Sadly the refrigerator was not repairable so we need to get a new one, but Joel's knowledge helped in the decision to get a new one.

Did a great job on our washer!!! We thought we would have to buy a new one but Joel fixed what the mover messed up and now I can do our wash! A very personable man who knows a lot about his job! We appreciated all he told us and if we have need for any appliance repair in the future, we will request Joel!
