Punctual, friendly, careful, and solved the issue
All techs that came out were so nice, friendly, and solved our door issue. The part came in defective but whatevernthe first tech put in the door frame to keep it together, it is still Holding and we will see if it is a longterm fix instead of getting another front panel that may do the same thing. Thank you for your process and great Communication. Love the notifications.
