I scheduled a repair for my sharp drawer microwave and they took all the information such as the model number and serial number and said they would be there the next day. They never showed up and scheduled the next day. They called me at 3pm on Thanksgiving eve to tell me that they don't work on that brand. They could have told me that when I first called them. That doesn't leave me any time to get it fixed before thanksgiving. Lousy service.

The process was long and drawn out for 2 weeks. And when the actual parts arrived he still didn’t and couldn’t fix it..
