Washer repair
Sorriest service I have ever seen. Took about a month to get enough parts to repair machine, two tech., a bottle of localite and machine still broke. Took 3 trips . 1st tech didn't know what he was doing and second about same. 2nd tech didn't care is going to another job. Sear's service a great disappointment.

She smell just like a cigarette and left a scent in my laundry room she told me the government had a cut back on water that was why my washing machine wouldn't fill up on a extra large load my honest opinion she is a quack she will never be aloud back in my house

AC Unit repair
I was not pleased with the service because I expected the technician to at least look in the attic to see the source of the problem. He didn't even have the equipment needed to conduct a thorough inspection on the AC problem. I paid for a job that was not completed and feel I should be reimbursed. I paid for a real inspection in which the AC unit and they actually investigated and inspected the attic to see the source of the problem. I would be embarrassed to get paid for a job I did not complete. Totally disappointed in the service and lack there of the technician that was sent to my home.
