Resolved issue!!
He actually took time to try to figure out why 1of3 parts kept getting canceled. Today is day 28 without a WASHER!!! He replaced the one part that did come in for the washer to see if that alone would fix the issue. It worked!! The other tech last week (who was the original tech & ordered the part that was canceled) NEVER attempted to replace the one part. He came in and said oh well all 3 parts aren't here. Let me reorder and leave. The tech today did the opposite and I now have a running washer (THANK YOU)!!! John B and jimmy have been greats techs!!!

Great job
The technician came out and went right to work troubleshooting the dishwasher rather then trying to find a reason not to troubleshoot. I can say that because I had a different appliance repair company come out and they said they couldn't work on even work on it. Jimmy jumped in and found the problem right away. This is my second experience with A & E and trust me they will be my first call
