He seemed to lack experience which I can't hold against him. The only way to gain experience is from experience. In time I have no doubt that he will be a very qualified tech. Very friendly, clean and was able to resolve our issues.

Extremely hard to talk to someone We bought all appliances from Sears We have maintained warranty Very difficult to request a repair Finally got one request but couldn't get the second request.

There was a longer delay than I would have liked between reporting the issue and the technician coming out to my house. However, once Jimmy arrived the issue was diagnosed and resolved very quickly.

He was very nice and professional
He was extremely nice and professional but I have clear evidence of water seeping out along seams on my washer that we couldn't see. Just because he didn't run a long enough cycle to troubleshoot. I understand time is a factor when doing this but there is clear evidence of water where it shouldn't be.

Repair Whirlpool washer
Previous tech (Jake) came out and after checking said needed agitator so ordered one and set up second repair to change it out. A week later second tech came out (John) and didn't know what was wrong with machine after telling him I had a new agitator in the box he removed old one and said nothing was wrong with old one tightened it up and left. I'm waiting to see if I am charged second repair visit for a false diagnosis on first trip.
