Peter was very conscientious and knowledgeable. He explained what he did for the system. He had to get a part which he got early the next day. Came back and finished the service. Very courteous and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend him.

I will say this has been the best service that I have received so far using a choice warranty tech. My AC had been out since 7/11 and the first tech should have found the issue but did not. Thank you Kyle for saving the day. It's been triple digits so my family has been miserable for almost a month. Thank you for the time and care that you put in today.
