Great service
It took the company 2 weeks to get to me, but this is Texas and I understand. However, when the technician came it was an instant relief. Sambas knew his stuff and has my ac running in less than 10 mins.

Jamie showed up as expected to figure out what was happening with our A/C. Before he started to work, he explained the fee as well as an additional fee (very reasonable under $80) if it turned out to be regular maintenance. After paying the initial service call fee, he started working on our issue. After taking care of our issue, (it turned out to be an issue of maintenance which isn't covered), he collected the remaining repair fee. He explained what he did and how to keep the issue from happening again. Jamie was very professional and very knowledgeable. He is an asset to Sears! Thank you for taking care of our repairs.

Skilled and knowledgeable
Alex saved the day!! I had been without air for a week. It had reached temps of 85 degrees in my house. He came and found that my coil was bad. He replaced my coil and just like that I have air again. Thank you, Alex!!
