Today was a better day
Duniesky today did an excellent job. He worked hard inside and out. Checked the units inside and out. Communicated perfectly today. Unfortunately, the last time Duniesky was here there was a complete brake down in Sears communication with Duniesky according to him. He said that he wasn't told to do an annual check up. Also Duniesky told me that he needs to be told by Sears to go into the house to check the AC units. Apparently, Duniesky was not told to do the annual check last time or even go in the house. So I do not understand why it was confirmed by Sears that everything was done. When in fact it was not. But it was recorded that it was. I knew it was not because the second AC was never turned on and Duniesky never came into my house. Go figure??
