Furnace blower motor.
James went well above providing great service. Not only did he affect an early fix to the problem, it became clear that the motor he found was not the right one for my furnace, so he ordered the OEM part. Although it was well past six in the evening, he carefully installed the new motor which works perfectly. This is a technician dedicated to his craft.
