Best repair man you've sent
Best repairman yet, I'm not happy with my Sears plan. You've been sending repairmen here since Feb!! Trying to fix same problem, apparently you are not going to give me a new refrigerator as I was told by you when I entered into this plan almost a year ago. Should have read your reviews before buying your plan.

Sooooo Happy with Service. Michael was professional, efficient and he took the time after he was finished to put items back he had to move to get to my refrigerator. He was on time and very courteous. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he had to do to fix the problem. You do not find service professionals like this any more. Thank you so much !!!
