Albert was beyond wonderful. The BEST AC man ever. He was not only so nice trying to help me get my AC back, but also so knowledgeable about my AC system. I am so glad Sears assigned him to my case. Hopefully I won't need him in the near future, but it is reassuring to know he is there.

We have been with Sears home warranty for many years, most have been happy and helpful but this particular employee, was wonderful! He was helpful, happy, informative and just a pleasure to talk to even in this 102 degree heat.
