Mr. Donald was very professional and he was helpful. I learn how to take care of my A/C. Mr. Donald showed me what to do. He was a very good educator. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He left the area clean. He answered my questions and I felt at ease asking him about the unit.

Outstanding Technician
Kaylen has been the onsite technician who has fixed my HVAC unit the last couple of calls. He is a true professional. He does a great job of asking probing questions to help identify issues. He is meticulous with his troubleshooting and has been spot on with his diagnosis. He has a goal of repairing items on 1st trip and has been successful in doing so. He does a nice job of explaining everything to the customer and not afraid to answer and questions or concerns. He is the typical Sears onsite technician; which is why I have been a customer for over 35 years.
