Excellent Serviceman
Amir called & gave clear explanation of Choice Warranties plans to complete service. He worked very hard negotiating with Choice. He stayed with the job for months. He had much to corordinate between warranty company and client. Choice authorized repair, but would not accept the bids. Give Amir a raise for all his hard work! Thank Amir for being caring and courteous to his customers.

In my view, whoever the first technician came out realized they needed the best person on this. While it may have been to some people a less than zero call / job, this young man came through. He had to get schematics which for whatever reason were never printed and placed on my device. He left them here with me so there's now with the AC unit. And pretty much set everything up the way it needs to be. I'm trusting that all the other technicians are in the same vein. Because if they aren't, take this man's work ethic and apply it to all the other technicians that you have. PS I forgot to mention this young man explained everything to me in layman terms. I didn't have to ask he just broke it down for me.

I was expecting a call on my land line, not my cell phone - which he called to let me know he's on the way. So instead of assuming that I had called off the appointment - he came on to the house - very lucky for me. He was at my door with his equipment and I apologized for the mix-up. He took care of business like the pro that he is. Now I'm set for the Winter.
