Excellent Service
The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional. They explained everything in detail and took care of the problem. I was pretty sceptic about using their services but I can say I am a very happy customer now.

All around excellent customer experience
Online service for scheduling works and saves time. Notifications about appointment cut down on anxiety of missing the tech. The tech was knowledgeable, respectful, informative, encouraging, and fixed the issue with the refrigerator. He also followed up on his work directly after servicing the unit. YCS refrigerator
The technician did a good job because he just adjusted a screw. Your customer service sucks because it took 3 days to get this appointment right including wrong address and rescheduled appointment without notifying customer. I was very disappointed in the system until yesterday when the representative was able to fix the problem with the scheduling. I appreciate the help she was able to give us and her willingness to help us out.
