Outstanding Service
My experience with SEARS was nothing short than outstanding to include the service provider Christopher - my hat off to him. Should I need service in the future, I respectfully request Christopher as my provider. He was on time and did an excellent job. SEARS was great - you don't need to change a thing as if it is not broke, don't fix it (smile).

refrigerator door repair
Shane did a good job of repairing the refrigerator door whose lower bearing had worn out. A section of the hinge had to be replaced as well as it was a sub-assembly. He did the job quickly enough so that the contents of the fridge stayed cold. The door had to be unloaded, but those items were still chilled when returned to the repaired door.

LG Refrigerator Repair
My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the service from Preston. Preston is very knowledgeable about our product. He is well mannered, clean cut, efficient, prompt, dressed nicely, and provides the information one needs to know about their product and the cost of repairs. Thanks to Preston we do not have to purchase a new refrigerator. The cost of the repair is reasonable, and Preston gave us our options without pressure to choose any of the options he proffered. Very happy with the Sears service, especially Preston.
