My Service Tech, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He had to order the proper replacement parts originally, and he came back promptly to fix my tractor mower once they arrived. Unlike my Sears serviceman 10 years ago, Daniel was honest, reliable, made me feel that he had my back and that Sears values my business. (The guy from 10 years ago tried to jack me up for more money and didn't do the proper repair.) Daniel is dedicated to making the required repairs to the degree that my lawnmower runs better than it has in 10 years. Daniel has restored my faith in Sears repair technicians. I'm so grateful. This serviceman is exactly the type of employee any company would value. Sears, you're lucky to have him! Simply because of the perfection of Daniel's expertise in this huge repair, I will always use Sears repair for any future projects. Thank you Sears and thank you Serviceman Daniel! Really appreciate your quality and integrity.
