Andy is very knowledgeable
Andy sure knows what the problem is and how to fix it. When I told him my mower wouldn't start and it sounded like a machine gun. He tested the battery for voltage and amps. Voltage was fine but the amps were so low it wouldn't run my mower's engine over. He replaced the battery with a newer one and it works fine.
