Great Service
Peter arrived early morning. Peter is very respectful & courteous. Peter listened to our issue with our oven and he then began to assess the situation. He took the oven through a few cycles and let us know that our oven maybe 22 years old but is still in very good shape and is working just fine. He explained the different modalities of the oven and how this oven model works. We know we are getting close to a replacement and will keep a close eye on any future issues. Would definitely use your service again. Peter left us with a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Great Technican
He was very patient and access the problem. He has great customer service skills . To bad Sears communication with the parts department is horrible. Parts department did not have the part for my stove and oven and now i have to buy a new stove. I waited for a whole month to received this news. parts department poor communication skills
