Incomplete paperwork
Visit was great, the guy who came out was kind and knowledgeable and we cut a check for services. The 1 star is because the backend paperwork was supposed to be submitted to our home warranty by Sears/this tech. Instead our check was deposited and paperwork lacking details needed to move forward with our warranty were submitted. We are on week 3 without our appliance or any path forward for resolution, and our home warranty has stated that Sears won't get back to their multiple outreaches. We have had to take this into our own hands now and follow up with Sears / Nelzon.

Dishwasher service visit
Technician was able to make the electronic display on some of the controls light up- but left apparently before confirming that the machine could cycle and wash dishes. Machine still could not wash dishes after he left.

Technicians been here four times to fix my icemaker and it's still not fixed. This is been going on for two months not happy.

Washer
The water does not go out of rinsing and the panel is loose. So washer is not working correctly.

Service tech never actually showed up
This is the second consecutive time this has happened - all of the normal messaging shows an appointment scheduled, and then suddenlyall messaging switches to "how was your service" with no service actually happening.

No Call Received From Technician
We are a property management company, and sometimes our tenants can't be at home all day to meet a technician. Usually, we will either get an automated call from Sears, or a personal call from the technician to let us know that they are on the way. Then we send an employee or have the tenant go home to meet them. We got no call today, just a text that the tech was en route. We had someone at the house within 15 minutes, but the technician, Christopher, had come and gone already. We had to call another company to get someone out this week, as our tenant has no working fridge. Very disappointing & quite a departure from our usual level of service.

Technician does not do his job. Does not show up at my house
This has beenthe worst experience I have ever had in trying to get someone to come to my house. I've had five scheduled appointments and now will have to make a sixth one. Five appointments and have not had the technician walk in my door.

Horrendous customer service service
We were told that the machine needed parts. An appointment was made. It was canceled and rescheduled twice, on your end, for no reason. The parts have been here. Today another technician arrived. He caught an attitude. He claimed the machine was fine and he refused to take it apart. It's obvious that these technicians do not communicate with each other and are not knowledgeable. Both him and his partner were extremely condescending, obnoxious and combative. It was the previous technician who was here last time that claimed the machine needed new parts. So he should take his frustration and anger out on his co worker, not me. He then felt the need to give me a lecture on how to use a machine that I've owned and used for years. My husband is not well and that is the only reas I didn't give him a piece of my mind. If this survey would allow me I would give him Zero stars. This is not customer service, let alone good customer service. Hostile, argumentative, condescending. I will be filing a formal complaint. I paid for this contract, for the machine to be service. It's not like it was free and you are doing me the favor. You need to train your employees. Not just on how to maintain the machines but how to conduct themselves with your clients. You don't even have the correct spelling of my name.

I did not have this person fix mr washer! He was supposed to fix it on Jan 11! Today is Feb 11! I had to get someone to fix it so we could do laundry! So my experience is -1 ! I have tried to contact someone so I could send my invoice, never could! Some company Sears is!
