Khalid is a Professional, Experienced, and Knowledgeable Sears Associate. He did the diagnostic check of the Kenmore Clothes Washer and determined the failing part. He installed it and ran the washer through its cycle to verify the repair was complete. It was a pleasure having him in our home to do the repair efficiently and successful.

PROPER SERVICE
Unlike the first repairman who didn't completely fix the issue, Eduardo not only fixed the issue, because he was skeptical of what the problem was, he ended up saving us over $280 in unnecessary repairs that would not have fixed anything. By double checking the initial repairman's work he was able to fix the problem and get the washer working immediately. While first repairman (Daniel) was more interested in selling a warranty than doing the proper work, Eduardo was more concerned with fixing the problem. Because of how Eduardo handled our problem, my faith in Sears was restored. If I ever have another appliance issue, I will specifically request Eduardo because I know it will get fixed correctly.
