It was a pure pleasure to finally have a technician, who knew how to repair a washing machine. Dallas knew his job and was determined to repair the machine. He saw I was totally frustrated, because several technicians and parts and I was still without a washer. He was a very nice and understanding person.

Great Technican
He was very patient and access the problem. He has great customer service skills . To bad Sears communication with the parts department is horrible. Parts department did not have the part for my stove and oven and now i have to buy a new stove. I waited for a whole month to received this news. parts department poor communication skills
