Controller Board Replacement
Dylan called ahead of time and let us know he was coming. Replacing the controller board for our Jenn Air double oven was a quick change out because he had ordered the correct part, and he took the time to check several functions on both the lower and upper oven to make sure they worked, before he left.

Refrigerator odor inspection
James did not find anything wrong with our fridge. He assured us that the water filter could not be the source of any odor, and that our fridge does not have an air filter. The only thing we need to do is to replace the box of baking soda regularly. There is actually nothing to be fixed. He was on time, courteous, pleasant and has a great sense of humor.
