Corin contacted me this afternoon to inform me that he was on his way to install my blower/squirrel cage. After having to wait 6 weeks for service, the longest time, I have ever had to wait for a service repair. The repair was done within 55 minutes. It is in my opinion that Sears hire the man power needed to service your customers. It is not fair to assign Corin to work and cover a large scale of territory here in Virginia, all by himself. I have a master protection plan and I have had my Heat Pump and Air handler since 2005 almost 20 years. I was thankful to communicate with the different Sears representatives through my phone calls, and they were helpful in getting my service issue escalated to an emergency appointment. Hoping that your man power will increase back to the way it used to be when a Sears Technican is needed for service. Therefore, I am giving Corin 5 stars. Thank you, Kind regards Angel Zagora
