Furnace repairs
Brian is friendly and easy to talk to. What started out as an annual service tune up ended up being 3 trips out to replace a limit switch and then a motherboard. The free service call ended up costing me over $600. Brian was helpful but Sears seemed to not want to give me information or answers to my questions about the service plans, and costs etc.

Out technician arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. It took him no time at all to diagnose the issue, triple check to make sure, and had the faulty part in his van. He installed and tested the part/system multiple times to ensure wouldn't have issues once he left. We are so happy with the service! Thank you!

Great customer service
Mr. Severino did a wonderful job fixing my HVAC. First, he areived earlier than scheduled. He ordered the replacement parts and honored his word to return later in the afternoon to install it. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned the work area before departing. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long while. I plan to use Sears Home Services for future projects.
