Frank was very nice and really tried to salve the issue.

Mr Lu explained the problem to me clearly  and showed me why the burners were rusted from excess water not drying properly. He polished the burners from rusty to shiny and also tested the oven. Mr Lu was on time between 1-5pm as scheduled.
