Sean was friendly and professional. He called me 30 minutes before he arrived so I could meet him. He fixed our furnace very quickly and I was back at work in no time.

Preventive maintenance visit heating system
Solomon F advised us that the system's Defrost Board is no working. His proactive advice to order a new one will avoid potentially freezing nights if snow and ice accumulate due to a faulty defrost board. Excellent work.

Wonderful service technician diabolical customer
Richard was pleasant, knowledgeable and capable. Sears is fortunate to have him as an employee. HOWEVER the Sears customer service system is dysfunctional and useless as there is nothing to it but some E robot that schedules haphazardly and gives no option for human contact for those who need assistance. Disgusting and frustrating to the ultimate degree
