William communicated his approximate arrival time and arrived when he reported he would. He was very professional and patiently answered any questions I had. With how frustrating and painful the entire process has been, none of this was Sears or Williams fault. I appreciated Williams honesty after having to communicate through my Home Warranty company. Select Home Warranty is lucky to have Sears Home Services as an associate.

Mr. Echols came in and verified what I already had an independent inspection conduct. I have had 3 inspections and expended over $300, with no resolution to the problem. Plus, the annual cost of nearly $800! I could have gotten all of this done with one call. Something is SEVERELY WRONG with the quality control process.
