Washing Machine
A technician came out to see what was going on with our machine. Unfortunately, three control boards have been installed in our machine in the last two months. None of them have worked properly. He could not get it to go into diagnostics or for any of the functions to work properly. we are to the point where we are going to request a voucher so that we can go buy a new machine on our own. I am of the opinion that this machine cannot be fixed.

Absolutely loved our technician.
This was the second technician sent to our home from GE. The first technician texted me about my concerns and said "the unit will usually quit making noise by the time repair arrives so it's not worth coming out and the parts the think I need are on back order for months." Next GE sent Sears. 100% perfect experience from day 1. All parts were ordered immediately, delivered to my house within days, and the repair was flawless. Our refrigerator is just like brand new. I'm so appreciative and thankful, as he saved us thousands on a new unit. Most importantly, the technician was so courteous, friendly and I felt completely safe with him in my home while I left to walk my dogs. Wonderful man! Thank you.
