The service tech was fantastic. 
But, getting the belt was a nightmare.  The number in owners manual does not match what is on washer. After six belts,  I went and purchased one thinking I was getting the right number one. There is failure on someone, to not inform techs that they have a different number.

Danial found an adjustment needed that apparently was not performed at delivery and installation. 
However, after over 3 hours since repair, no ice has been made . It appears that the ice maker does not work.

Cody's professional, friendly and determined demeanor helped defuse my dissatisfied repair experience. Washer has been unusable since mid January.
