Draining problem

He don't wait for me to see if the washer make a full draining and spinning. He said that it drains few minuets ago but I want to see the full cicle to work and drain and he was in a rush Now my washer it doesn't start the cicle or spinning, He tell me that I have to make another claim

Refrigerator maintenance

Your technician was rude and insensitive and insulted me in my home. After I paid the $75.00 I was told that it's a maintenance issue and should not expect to buy a vehicle and expect free oil change after purchase. So I told him, why am I paying Choice Home Warranty for maintenance? I will be filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's Office.

We we're waiting all morning and he never showed up so I'm not sure how too rate the experience I would like too see if we can get another technician too actually come over and check out our washer thank you

Ice maker repair

The first mechanic came to diagnose problem with ice maker. The second mechanic replaced one of two parts ordered. Still no ice. The third mechanic came today to install the second part ordered. Still no ice! Disappointing!

Review for overall service not tech

I had a tech to come out on 7/1 to fix C my range through my home warranty. . He noted that we had a sensor issue. He ordered the sensor and scheduled to return on 7/9 to repair once the part came in. The part came in on 7/7 . On 7/9 a tech was supposed to come out and did not call or show.. another tech came out and noted that not only the sensor but a panel would have been B ordered as they work together. He placed the sensor and did testing, but did not order the panel that he recommended. I am hoping he reports that need to the warranty company so that we can get this rectified and not have another outage.
