My service was completed in a timely
manner.  Jalen was an excellent repair man.  There was a mix up on my scheduled repair date but I was 
rescheduled with Jalen and that worked out great.  I waited all day for a 1-5 pm service call and got a call at 4:15 pm that the repairman wasn't going to make it.  I had to reschedule.
But I'm satisfied I have a working icemaker on Christmas Eve.  I would definately recommend Jalen and Sears!
