Total Disatisfaction!
I have not been at all happy with the service we have received. I started this process on Dec. 1, 2024 and have gotten NOWHERE!! I have another service call in for Feb. 14th and I need your MOST experienced Master technician. Danny diagnosed one problem, ordered the wrong part and then decided that problem didn't exist any longer. He put the machine on a clean cycle and left before even seeing if it had started properly. Within 5 min. Of his departure the ice machine was making an awful grinding noise. I need a technician who is trained in repairing free standing ice machines!

Not good
The refresh door now won't stay shut after service and there is a broken piece of plastic.

Misdiagnosed and charged $600
When the tech returned to do the repair, our appliance was found to have a different issue than initially determined. Tech went ahead and replaced the part stating he wouldn't have ordered that part if he'd noticed the real problem. We are still having the same issue which is not resolved. Very disappointed in the entire process with Sears Home Appliance Repair.

Washer machine is still broke

Water dispenser still doesn't work nor does icemaker.
I don't know what was repaired. But the issue has always been that my refrigerator's water dispenser doesn't work, and the ice maker doesn't work. This all became a problem after I changed the filter, in August 2024. I do not know what information has been given to Jikoree but he didn't check to see if the water dispenser worked or if the icemaker was working. I hate to give him a bad rating, because maybe he didn't know what needed to be fixed. Assurant, if you cannot repair this refrigerator, REPLACE IT. If that can't be done in a timely manner, I'll have no choice except to take legal action.

GE Fridge/freezer repair
While Kareem D was friendly and polite, he did not send needed replacement part numbers to GE. I was told that GE would call me within 24-48 hrs which they didn't. When I called 4 days later, GE had nothing in their records from Kareem about the compressor failure. Now, I find out that GE no longer is doing business with Sears Home Services (Kareem), andhave to wait another 5 days to have a new technician come out and start the process all over again.
