Efrain is outstanding!
Efrain was our service technician both days. He is great, polite, knowledgeable and competent! BUT- I do have to complain about the service we didn't receive 2 days ago and yesterday! NEITHER WERE EFRAIN! The technician that was suppose to come Saturday- called our gate one time- we didn't get to the phone and he left (on his notes he said he knocked and there was no answer- which was a lie) he then left a message "supposedly" on a phone that doesn't exist! We rescheduled to Monday- no one ever showed up! I used the chat feature- cause it's the only way to speak to an actual person- and they said the technician called and there was no answer- ANOTHER LIE- no one called. We had to wait another day to finally have service. To be honest- if it's not Efrain- I won't use the service again. He seems like the only competent technician you have!

I can't say enough nice things about Anthony F. He had to travel over an hour just to get to my home. He answered all my questions, made the repair, and gave me excellent advice moving forward. I really appreciate this kind of service.

I don't care for having to stay home all day with the 8 to 5 service window but that is not the technician s fault. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs.

Very satisfied with your Tech person Karl. He was prompt and courteous. Very experienced and knowledgeable and worked on our refrigerator in order to determine what the problem might be. And very helpful in explaining the problem to us. Very pleased with your service and especially with your Tech person Karl. Would definitely recommend Sears home services!
