The 2 repair people get 5 stars but you, the administrator should get 1 star I did not like getting a text at 7:40 am today telling me you were on the way Turns out someone was sick and 2 other people came about 2 pm-They did a good job However, you should not make people wait at home with no updates for hours and hours and no way to communicate with you

Ross came after the promised phone call that he was on the way. He was polite and attentive of the problem.. accomplished the repair, calibrated the oven in a professional manner, and answered all my questions. I was/am very pleased the repair service I received from Sears and Assurance warranty service were true to their promises.
