Michael successfully diagnosed my dishwasher and gave me the options. Unfortunately GE does not make parts for an appliance that is only 6 years old, so I didn't get it fixed. But I found Michael to be very nice.

Dishwasher back to normal after repair
The technician is very knowledgeable and he is able to troubleshoot and ordered the part. Once the part control board delivered he came back and replaced the part and Dishwasher started working like a charm. I highly recommend Sears and their technicians.

The first guy you sent, took the easy way out did nothing but stick his fingers in the icemaker and we needed a new one. Dave, on the other hand, took his time diagnose the problems and Treated our refrigerator like it was his own purchase.
