Very friendly
Ralph was very friendly and personable. I was happy to have him in my home. The issue, however, did not get resolved. But this is no fault of the technician as 5 others before him have tried to fix it.

Nolan's service
Nolan listen carefully to the problem I was having with the refrigerator. He approached it systematically by checking the temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer and then by examining both parts. He suspected that the water filter was leaking and ultimately determined that was the problem. It was fortunate that I had a spare and he replaced it. He spent quite a bit of time testing to be sure the problem was solved.

Very thorough and patient
James was very thorough and patient. He answered all my questions and tried to back order out of date parts. I have great confidence that if my machine could have been fixed. He would've been able to do it. He also answered all my questions about new machines so that I could find one appropriate for my needs. I would let him come anytime!
