Dishwasher repair
Service tech and service repair great. Jason explained what was wrong and was able to replace the part in the same visit. What could be improved is giving the customer a shorter window of time as to when the service tech will arrive, not a 9 hour window.

Technician diagnosed problem, ordered part and returned to replace the part. Everything works. Wish Assurant was as efficient in their communication as Sears Home Services is.

Andre is terrific! He quickly discerned that my large burner not working was due to the size of my pan bottom - nothing wrong with the burner itself. Saved me lots of $$$ - thank you Andre!

Patrick was professional and competent
Patrick was great - he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. He also spent time with us answering questions about how to get the best from our dishwasher. Sears Home Services, however, gets no stars, for standing me up on 4 appointments over three weeks, and for being no help at all when I called them directly.

Unintended Consequence
Great guy..professional and dependable. Unfortunately he continues to be tapped to do jobs that are outside of his purview. it's amazing he continues to work for such a disorganized company. Has to be frustrating.
