Our tech was super friendly. He was well educated on our product. He had it fixed quickly and was able to give us tips on better dryer hoses for our brand and our location. Excellent service. Used manufacturer service in the past and sears technicians are 10x faster and more efficient that manufacturers warranty service techs.
