Jesse was very good. He was polite & answered all my questions & showed me what I need to do with my washer when it spins. I asked him what I shud do when the washer was out of balance. This washer is a pain. My other was wonderful. Just like this dryer. Thanks for having Jesse as my dryer fixer.

Some comments on the repair.
The technician did the repair efficiently. He did fine. Getting the repair scheduled was not fine. This was the fifth try. In other words, it was scheduled 4 other times. Each time it would come to the end of the day and the notice would change to "reschedule". I'd get a call to pick another date with the person not knowing the history. Next to last person said they would give it priority. Same thing happened. I re-explained this to the last person who called to reschedule. She did add notes, asked for it to be scheduled as the first appointment of the day. That worked. I was thankful to her for taking the time to do that and resolve the scheduling problem. The whole process took almost a month. There were 4 other days when I needed to wait all day with no visit. Also, couldn't find a way to contact a human to discuss this proactively. Thankfully, the last person and the repair person did their job well.

Robersy was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed machine to determine it could not be repaired and then reported problems found that prevented repair in order to arrange for replacement under extended warranty.
