Dissatisfied with service!!!
If Darryl C had done the first call and cleaned out the clogged drain to the collection pan I wouldn't have waited over a month to have my fridge/freezer working again. Very dissatisfied with the service!!!

Messy
Nice guy but he left my kitchen a mess. Left without replacing racks in the oven, the lefts parts and trash on the counter.

Pray for Patience
The service guy should exercise a bit of patience regarding payments, as there are times when we are unavailable to settle the bill immediately since we are not present. He should allow us some time, ideally 5-7 minutes, to finalize the payment.

The technician completed the job and it appears that my refrigerator is working again. This assigned technician arrived at the appropriate time as expected. Unfortunately, I had make several calls for my issue; nonetheless, I was pleased with the technician who completed the task.

Refrigerator work
He is an awesome worker came to my house two times to fix my refrigerator. The only bad thing I will say is he said the next time it breaks I will have to replace my own refrigerator when IHe is an awesome worker came to my house two times to fix my refrigerator. Technician doesn't like or is afraid of dogs.
Customers should know that this person does not like dogs so they can keep their dog away from him. The first time he came he said "she got right in my face." (He was on the floor in front of the stove.) The second visit we shut the dog away. He was singing and talking to the stove. He called it a monster. I thought his humor was excessive.

My icemaker problem
Maurio did the work well on this hopeful final visit after technicians have been here FIVE time! The repair started May 23 and finally finished on July 13th. I guess this has been all "TRIAL & ERROR" I'm glad I have the 5-year warranty!! A very frustrating two months without an icemaker and frozen water in the bottom tray. Hope I'm done seeing you guys!!!

Not enough man power for the work orders received
They day of assigned repair the phone rang twice then when unable to answer ( not even knowing it was Sears) was kicked down the list like an old tin can. Called the office iand was lied to because receptionist told me repairman would still be coming that day. He never came. The next morning waited till 4:45 pm for him to arrive not knowing when he would arrive. He threw to old parts in my garbage can and didn't properly close the lid ( it was still open. Not impressed with Sears Home Repair. However the fridge he repaired is working well.
