He was critical of the first technicians call to replace the part. I now have a scratch on my stainless steel next to the knob after they replaced the part.

Washer still leaking

The technicians arrived early and were polite. They worked for an hour. At the end of the hour they left. There was still some wetness on the floor and water gradually seeping out from under the washer. After letting everything get dry, I ran a wash load and the washer leaked the same way it had before the service. I had had a shim in place under one foot of the washer to keep it from tipping -- after the service the shim was gone and the washer was tippy, so I put a new shim in place.

Ice machine still not working

Service Appointment

The service appointment was originally scheduled for December 3rd. It was tremendously stressful to confirm the appointment via text messages and on the website. The automated voice system was not easy to navigate at all. I used each number prompted to simply speak with a representative but the call ended each time. I was never notified of the Dec 3rd appointment would be canceled. No one bothered to service my refrigerator. Finally I got to speak with a representative to reschedule for Dec 10th from 8 am to 12 noon. The technician was 2 hours late past 12 noon again with no advanced notification. I asked if the filter; which was written in the initial service request, would be replaced. The technician didn't respond. He took the filter out and noticed it was frozen solid. He advised to allow the filter to thaw out. He didn't communicate filters are not included in the warranty. A few minutes later the inside of my refrigerator was a soaking mess and a puddle of water was on my floor. I will cancel Sears appliance warranty immediately.

He called and I called back in 2 minutes and he never returned my call. He was to come originally at 10:40am and arrived at 5:32. He miss diagnosis the original problem and I had to wait 6 additional weeks. Sears has a serious issue with honoring schedule!! I had several rescheduled for no apparent reason. I would never recommend Sears and plan on canceling my home warranty agreement!!!

A little arrogant

Accused my little dog of being aggressive Lol just because she barked didn't seem to care about what the problem was in a hurry to go to next job hopefully fixed the issue if not you'll know needs class in people scills

No Fridge

My experience has been TERRIBLE!! Paul the technician is great but some things are out of his control & he has definitely tried . However, there seems to be no other way to express this since I can never reach the right party the millions of times I've called . I have been w/o a refrigerator now for over 3 months .. I call repeatedly requesting a supervisor which I've never been connected to .. No one ever calls me back on the 48 hours I've been advised over 5 times & again I've been w/o a fridge for over 3 months now .

Repair not completed

To be fair, the original tech came out, diagnosed the problem, and ordered a part. He told me that the part would stop the water from leaking from the refrigerator and eliminate the loud noise. The part came in and the new tech installed it. The noise is gone. He also told me that the part should eliminate the water leaking, and it did not. I am trying to get someone to come and figure out why it is still leaking.
